“If you want to hit the target, you have to aim high,” says party leader Kerry Bevin, and we are doing just that. Our aim is to be the third party at the next election and we are already out there on the campaign trail. 

This week we have been in West Auckland letting people know about the West Auckland “Meet the Republicans” and our “5 ways forward campaign”

Our New Lynn candidate, Dave Llewell, will host the West Auckland, “Meet the Republicans” at Avondale College Auditorium, at 1.00pm Sunday 22 April, and Kerry Bevin will present the “5 ways forward for New Zealand”.

“This is the start of a nationwide tour that will pass through major centres over 2007,” says party leader Kerry Bevin, with a May meeting scheduled for Rotorua.

“We will be using these opportunities to expand on the “5 ways forward” and launch our major policy initiatives, during the year. We want the electorate to know who we are and we want to tell them what we stand for, well in advance of the next election,” said Mr Bevin, so check our website for a “Meet the Republicans”, near you.
